Meet Jeannine
Jeannine Koski, Broker Associate
Jeannine began her real estate career in 2003 and quickly established herself as one of Central Florida’s top-performing Realtors, eventually earning the #2 sales ranking among more than 500 agents.
In 2012, she accepted a leadership role with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where she trained disaster response personnel and managed reporting operations during major recovery efforts across the United States. Her FEMA experience strengthened the organizational, communication, and project management skills that now benefit every real estate client she serves.
Returning to real estate full-time in 2023, Jeannine combines decades of industry knowledge with a calm, detail-oriented approach that clients consistently praise. Whether helping first-time buyers, retirees, military families, or homeowners preparing to sell, she is committed to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Larry Koski, Sales Associate
Larry’s career has provided him with a rare perspective on every aspect of homeownership. Beginning in residential construction, he developed expertise in the building trades before launching and operating his own successful general contracting company. His career later expanded into mortgage lending and real estate sales, giving him firsthand knowledge of construction, financing, and residential investment.
In 2010, Larry joined FEMA, where he led teams supporting disaster recovery and rebuilding efforts throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. His leadership experience, practical problem-solving skills, and commitment to serving others continue to influence the way he works with every client today.
Now retired from FEMA since 2025, Larry partners with Jeannine full-time, providing clients with valuable insight into homes, construction quality, negotiations, and long-term property value.
